same utterance in all languages

Hi Experts,

'Concur' is an application name and its title will be same irrespective of any language. We have concur as an utterance in English and Italian languages.

When a English user search with keyword concur in VA, chat bot is displaying the expected topic.

But when Italian user search with keyword concur, it asking to change the language. Chat bot should not show this message. How can we fix this?

I think this is caused by the fact that 'concur' is a normal English word and VA isn't seeing this as the name of the application, but as the English word for 'concordo' (for Italian). What happens when an Italian user types "Candidatura concur"? Does it recognize it then? Not sure how to get around it yet, but at least we'll know if my assumption is correct.
