SAML2 User not found

Hi,

I have configured SAML2 with Gluu Server. Exported SP Metadata to Idp & idp to SP. Also, created one user in Gluu server & in Servicenow. Everything working fine i.e when i type servicenow url the browser is redirected to idp login page & after type credentials it is again redirected to servicenow, but it logsout of the servicenow. When i verified in the log, i see SAML2 User <some encrypted text> not found. Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Thanks for the quick response. But in my case, on any failure authentication, it is already taking to logout page. In the mentioned (User not found)scenario   also it is taking to logout page. By setting glide.authenticate.failed_redirectto system property, how can it solve User not found issue? Sorry but I couldn't understand how Setting (or creating) the  system property glide.authenticate.failed_redirectto will fix this issue? What url or value should be given for this property? Can you explain a bit ? If you have already configured SAML 2.0 SSO ?   then can you share the configurations? That will be great.

Note: I have created one user in Gluu server and with same name in Servicenow as well, manually.

Now, i'm not getting User not found error, now there is not errors but still the session is getting logged out. Can anyone help me on this?
