SC task field

Hi team ,

We have a requirement that , 

I have to create field called ' Estimation ' is choice field that to visible in SC task only for particular item.

Only for a particular catalog item "xyz catalogue" . In this associated catalog task only field has to be visible.

Based on that field we have create SLAs.

Can anyone please provide me the steps and screenshot for better understanding.

Hi @nameisnani ,

You can create an UI policy for this requirement.

Follow the below steps - 

1. Navigate to System UI > UI policies.

2. Create a new UI Policy on sc_task table.

Choose your Catalog item name for which you want to show your field.

3. For the same UI policy, in the UI policy action related list create a new record and select your field name and set visible as true.

You can do it via Ui policy , where create UI policy on sc task table and in condition

varaible.name is estaimation

UI action 

Visible true.
