Scheduled Report/Data visualization is sending ref number in email body

Goal: So I am attempting to make a recurring list of current PTO that sends a pdf of the report to a slack email (which then automatically posts the contents of the email to a slack channel).

Problem: When the body of the email is blank (I need it to be blank so that only the attachment shows on the slack), the reference number of the email is inserted into the body of the email. I have unchecked the  email property "Create visible watermark in sent email" and that only works if there is a body of the email to replace it. 

Question: Does anyone know how to send a totally blank recurring email notification that only has an attachment?

You could try creating an "on before" insert business rule on the "sys_email" that targets that scheduled report email (by subject or target record for example). Then use that business rule to clear the body.
