Scheduled Report Didn't Include Attachment to All Recipients

I set up SN to email out a basic scheduled report that contained a single pdf attachment. The report is scheduled for 1 pm on Thursdays, there's no scripting, nothing in the body of the email. The report was scheduled to send to about 54 individual clients and 4 assignment groups.

However, some clients (including me) reported not receiving the attachment; just the email only, but other clients received the attachment with the email.

I looked in the Wiki but couldn't figure out why. Is there a limit on how many clients can be set up on a scheduled report? Does it only send out an attachment to the first X users?

I've now heard of a second situation where a client was part of one of the 4 assignment groups that was listed in the scheduled report, but they did not get the email at all.

If both individuals and groups are listed, does SN just send the scheduled report to the individuals and not the assignment groups?

Due to the large number of clients, I think SN broke up the scheduled report into two emails. Those on the first email got attachment; those leftover who ended up on the second email didn't get the attachment. The two emails for each report have the same Sent date / time, Subject, and MSG#.

So, I've created a second schedule of the same report just for the groups; the individuals are listed on the first schedule. We'll see if that fixes it.

No, it'll send to both users and groups with the same email.

Does that user have notifications enabled in their user record? (i.e., do they successfully receive other notifications?)

When you look at the sys_email record, is that person's email address listed?

Hi @n_g ,

Is the issue resolved? we are facing similar issue. The report scheduled is not receiving by all recipients. The email doesn't contain any body and report is just basic doesnot have much size. Also notifications are enabled in their user records. 

Could you please help me resolve the issue.
