Scheduled reports sending even though active is false

Emails were sent for scheduled reports even if I deactivate the scheduled reports from the 'sysauto_report' table.

Also I noticed that the same scheduled reports are active in scheduled export table.

Should I deactivate them from both tables?

hey @Amina El hadad

To completely stop Scheduled Report emails, ensure you handle all execution layers:
Deactivate Scheduled Report
Table: sysauto_report
Set Active = false
Deactivate Scheduled Job
Navigate to System Scheduler - Scheduled Jobs (sysauto)
Locate the job associated with the report
Set Active = false
Clean Up Trigger (Critical Step)
Table: sys_trigger
Search using report name or job reference
If a trigger exists - delete the record
