Scope does not have delete access to table sc_request

Hello everyone, I am working on a flow designer flow and I have a delete record action that is supposed to delete a record in the sc_request table, but when it hits that action I get the error "Scope does not have delete access to table sc_request". In the global scope I have given application access for all application scopes to be able to delete from sc_request, but I am still getting this error in the flow designer on my scoped application. Anyone know why this might be?

What Quebec patch are you on? I'm currently on patch4-hotfix2 and had to raise a case with HI to restart the application nodes. There is an open PRB where scope access rules aren't refreshing when the cache is rebuilt.

Have you created a cross-scope privilege?

Thanks for letting me know, I am also on patch4-hotfix2 so I guess I'll raise a case with HI as well.
