So there are few ways you can do this
1) Publish an application to an Update Set
2) Publish an application to the application repository

On the Source Instance:
- Navigate to System Applications - My Company Applications.
- Find your scoped application in the list.
- Click on your application to open its details.
- Click Publish to Application Repository.
- Provide a version name (e.g., 1.0.0) and any notes if required.
- Confirm and wait for the application to publish successfully.
On the Target Instance:
- Navigate to System Applications - All Applications - Downloads.
- Find the published application in the repository list.
- Click Install next to the application.
- Wait for the installation process to complete.
