Hello Everyone,
I have a business requirement to keep the RITM open until a date entered by the user in the catalog item. I tried configuring using "wait for condition" in flow designer but it didn't go well. There is already a Date/Time field to get the input from the user. I am looking for helping hands from ServiceNow community.

Hi @Abhijith322
You can add action wait for duration of time under flow logic we have that and select duration type as relative duration and then add your value of date time from catalog item variable. below i attached a screenshot for your reference.
