Since we've upgraded to Geneva, the scroll bars work differently on related lists. You cannot use the scroll bar at the bottom to move over to the right to see all the columns when you have more columns than will fit on the page. You have to use the vertical scroll bar to scroll all the way down the list to the bottom, then use the horizontal scroll bar to move to the right, then go back to the top of the list (if it's a large list) to see the columns. For example, if you go to Callers and look at the Requested Items related list. Is there any fix for this?

The horizontal scrolling issue is resolved in Geneva Patch *, I tested in Geneva Patch 9 and it works... See response from ServiceNow on this matter below.
George,
It was also fixed in Geneva Patch 8 with the property below, so if you're not ready to go to Helsinki yet, you should be fine to stay on your existing Patch 8 (or higher) instances.
Thanks,
RP
2nd EMAIL from RYAN
This WAS fixed in Helsinki Patch 2, and you should be good to go now. The issue was that the change that was made to facilitate this didn't get updated in the documentation, so no one had any idea what the deal was. I apologize for this miscommunication, and have requested that the documentation be updated to avoid this in the future. That said, here's how you fix it. I've already dont this in the sandbox instance, so you'll want to export and import the new record to your other instances.
We added a property, glide.ui.related_list.floating_scrollbars, that puts the floating scrollbars back in if the admin sets this true/false property to true. As I said this is already done in your sandbox, so give it a looksee, let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
RP
