Sctask will create without approval

Hi Team,

I have one question regarding the task creation.

I am creating the report as an issue request. We do not have any approval process, but we need to create a sc-task. Is it possible?

Yes, it's definitely possible. I believe this is a catalog item, and you are managing the process using a workflow/flow. Please skip the approval part and directly create a task.

Approval level task I have completed but my issue was without approval sctask was not created. How i will fix the issue?

Hi Prince,

Yes, This is the catalog item but in this scenario, we have two requests one Employee center portal and one more is incident form UI button type request our task is once i click the UI button request at that time we dont want approval. But Employee center portal time we need the approval.
