i have created a seperate search application and mapped to workspace it shows in the global search
i havent added change request table in search application related list tables
but when i search in the workspace with change number it still shows me results
i have to avoid change request to be search in that particular workspace

1. Navigate to System Definition > Choice Lists.
2. Click New to create a new choice list.
3. In the Table field, enter sys_documentation.
4. In the Element field, enter name.

6. In the Label field, enter the label that you want to appear in the choice list.
7. In the Value field, enter the value that you want to store in the database when this choice is selected.
8. Click Submit to save the choice list.
