Security incident Response user not able to view

Created one new custom role and created new Read ACL and added role
Gave role to a user impersonated user not able to view sir record.

Security ITIL View only has 4 fields num,short description and description that fields coming from other table that's why it showed empty for me now I created acl for that fields now it's working s expected.

Have you added this role in SIR Table/module as well, only then it will work.
