Created one new custom role and created new Read ACL and added role 
Gave role to a user impersonated user not able to view sir record.

Security ITIL View only has 4 fields num,short description and description that fields coming from other table that's why it showed empty for me now I created acl for that fields now it's working s expected.

@Community Alums , 

Considering all configuration are proper and this new role/acl is causing the issue, so follow the below steps to test which is causing the issue.

 

1)Disable ( Active = False ) either of ACL and check the output

2)If step (1), doesn't work then disable other one and check the output

 

Also check other read ACL on the same table associated with some role, and that user has that role or not. Any existing role/acl combo can create this issue.

User does not have existing ACL role i gave user only new custom role that i created is that not enough i created separate new for that custom role ACL
