Created one new custom role and created new Read ACL and added role
Gave role to a user impersonated user not able to view sir record.

Security ITIL View only has 4 fields num,short description and description that fields coming from other table that's why it showed empty for me now I created acl for that fields now it's working s expected.

@Community Alums Did you assign this custom role to the Admin user? Since the Admin override for the ACLs is unchecked the Admin user will not be able to see SIR records if they are impersonating the user with the custom role and if the admin user themselves do not have that custom role.

@Community Alums Logout and login again then only the role related changes for the user would reflect.

Logout and logged in and still the same. updated ACL's to admin override then also record is not showing.
