I want to add manually a new item in servicenow integration item dashboard. How can i do that in my personal servicenow instance ?

This the Integration Configurations module in Security Operations. This shows a list of platform integrations / store integrations activated on this instance. Are you looking for a particular integration to be turned on?

The Email Parser Integrations are part of the Security Incident Response application. Looks like things like store apps for Rapid7, Shodan, Tenable etc. have all been installed on this instance. 

You can go to ServiceNow Store to request for additional store applications.
