Self Service Portal slow on certain catalog items

Hey Im working for a client. In their self service portal. Certain catalog items are taking very long time loading for none-itil licensed users. It can take about 15 - 20 seconds before they are able to open the catalog item.

However for itil licensed users such as myself it opens immediately. This only applies to certain catalog items.

 

I have tried to compared the different catalog items, but can't really spot a difference on them

 

Does anyone know what the issue might be? Should there be any difference for licensed and none-licensed users?
