Self-Service - Service Catalog Not displaying table in catalog item

Hi Everyone,
On the platform our self service - service catalog page was previously empty. We want users with roles to be able to enter catalog items via the platform without having to navigate to the portal. So as a result I added our catalog items so they would show up. Everything appears to function on the platform as it does on the portal. However, one of our catalog items has a variable that is a look up select box to a custom table and it is is not displaying. The variable displays without an issue on the portal. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Yes @Community Alums and @Dr Atul G- LNG this is odd and unexpected. Attached is a screenshot of the catalog item on the portal and platform. I've also included the variable. The variable is a lookup and on the portal it is visible.

NOt sure what to reply 😞 but it is instance specific issue. It can be browsers issue or may be code issue. HI support is good to guide you.
