Send a grouped message

Hello
I've created a table to keep track of loaned equipment. The table includes an end date and the equipment borrowed. I'd like to send a message to the person who has the equipment (asset=>assigned to) the week the loan ends. I've used Worflow studio. It works well, but it sends one email per piece of equipment. I'd like to group the material together and send a single email.
Can you help me?
