My requirement is "f the approval from the Supervisors is not responded. After two days a reminder will be sent. If two days after the reminder was sent the approval state is still in “requested” a new approval should be triggered to the Supervisor’s Supervisor. If the second approval doesn’t take action on the ticket, then after two days a reminder will be sent and if two days later the reminder was sent the approval state is = requested the ticket will close as Closed Incomplete. "
I have existing workflow as below.But wait for condition is not moving ahead even if condition got satisfied.
