Send email to external email address when request item is created

Hi All,

I have a requirement where if a user is creating a request then it should send an email to one external email address.

How to accomplish this, plese help.

I do not see the email is sent to gmail. Antthing I am missing here?

did you enable the outbound properties. system properties >> email properties

please check the attached screenshot below. if you have checked you can validate it in system logs>email

The settings are exactly as shown above. In the email logs and diagnostics , it is shown as sent and processed respectively.

check ur email spam.. because i also tested and it came in my gmail spam
