Hi,
I have a requirement where i need to send the notification to user about the closure of interaction when the related link "create incident" in that interaction is not clicked. If the "create incident" is clicked and incident is created via interaction then no notification is required but if there is no incident from interaction then send the notification to user on closure of interaction.
How will I check if the incident is created or not from interaction to create notification.
