Hi,
First you need to check the assigned roles for those users to whom you want to send the surveys.
OR
You need to check the ACL's as well.
Thanks,
Snehal

hi ,
We need users to login to service now and take survey..then only Survey Responses are captured...
Also please note, survey trigger condition will define whom the survey needs to be send. There we need to either select the user related to ticket...(User should be available in instance to choose though).
thanks

Hi Shipra,
The users who are in the custom table will not be able to login in the instance, for the users to be login into the instance who are present in the custom table, you need to change all the configurations of the login from the user table to the custom table. That will cause a major change.
So, the users of the custom table cannot login into the instance.
Mark helpful if it answers your question.
Thanks,
Shubham Sanjay Gupta.

HI,
Make survey public and then send the URL of this Survey to external user's. They can take survey and once you go to survey under related list you can see Guest user assessment instance's created. Whenever the URL is hit the instance will be created for Guest user.
Thanks,
Ashutosh
