Send survey inivitation to external people

Hi All,

I have a custom table, where i have multiple users. I need to send surveys to those users. But these users cannot login as they are not included in Users table.

Hi !

There are two ways that I know of (For Quebec release).

1.Make a User Group of the people whom you want to send the survey.

For making the user group search user group in the navigation menu and create a new user group by clicking New button .

Search for Survey Designer in the navigation menu and setup survey .

While creating survey, Select "Availability", Select Specific Users and select the user group made earlier.

Select Configuration tab and Scroll down then make the survey public by clicking public survey (This option is just above the survey URL) .

Go to view survey from navigation menu and select your survey. Click on Send Invitation button on the upper right hand corner .

Save and Publish the survey.

Directly go to View Survey from navigation menu and select survey. 

There will be a button of Email select that a pop-up will come and there you can enter the details of receiver of the survey. Make sure Your survey is Public (as explained above).
