i have integrate the Twilio with my servicenow so just i want to send the notification in the form of sms.
suppose someone create the criticle incident in the incident assign_to column we need to send the sms to the assign to person i have integrated my twilio account with servicenow . and i got the notification in the form of sms. i have try to use some other person name in assign_to they did not sent to the sms to that person is there any solution?
