Sending Email using Flow designer

Hi everyone!

I created a flow designer to send a 7 day reminder email . When I tried to test it, I tried to check the email in System Logs and when I clicked " Preview HTML Body" , its just giving me "null" , I cant even see the body of the email... Is that normal for a flow designer?

@Dizy M the best thing you can do in this scenario is to trigger an event instead of sending an email through flow designer. In the email notification you can to any kind of customisation like email scripts.
