Hi,
Does any implemented sending Notifications from ServcieNow to Microsoft teams user chat through NowActions App.
Notifications should deliver individual user not to any channel.
Kindly help if any one implemented this feature.

Hi @Anand Kumar P ,
The links which you shared is all about virtual agent related links and for actionable notifications you integrated ServiceNow with MS teams using virtual agent.
My Implementation is like ServiceNow integration with MS teams using NowActions messaging application.
I don't think both are same.
If we implement the integration using virtual agent , will notifications delivered to only teams chat or will notifications deliver to both teams chat and Service Portal virtual agent icon??

Am not receiving this approval notification on teams but integration is working fine. Can you please help me out the steps with sending approval notification to approvers via teams. Thanks in Advance
