Sending separate notification for one user from the group

Hi,

 

ServiceNow sending separate notification for one user from the group

 

EX: if group having 10 members. Incident ticket is assigned to that group an notification sending stats ticket is assigned to your group recipients should be 9 members. same notification sending separate notification for that single user stats ticket is assigned to your group. As i checked in logs both emails are triggering same notifications.

 

please help me on this why it should trigger separate notification?

Hi @krishna761 ,

Please check both emails from sys_email for configured notification.

If same notification then check "whom to send" part.

if different notification then disable one which is not required.

 

Also, Email logs ( at bottom ) must have some entry for two separate emails.

there is no any separate notification. two mails are triggering from same notification

Is this happen with any specific user belong to some group or in-general for all groups.

yes,  it is happening for specific user. Every time triggering separate notification for that user
