HI all,
Looking for some help and guidance. We have a significant number of catalog items which have many variables associated with them for the normal reasons. Reporting on these is and always has been inherently tricky.
I am look for some guidance, divine intervention on how others have solved for this problem so that we can provide insightful reporting and analytics as a basic outcomes when new internal service providers onboard to EC Pro. From there we move towards using PA and then Predictive, but at the outset the basics need to work.
Thanks,
Chris

I am not very clear with your requirement, but what I understand is you need assistance on creation of reports on catalog items.
Based on my experience, below are reports I had created reports pertaining to catalog item :
1) Catalog Task SLA: Type=List, Table = task sla, filter= type = catalog task
2) Number of Open RITM: Type = Count, Table = Requested item, filter state = open, similarly created for task but with type=list, grouped by RITM--> item
3) List of Requests worked by My group = Type = List, Table = Requested Item, filter = assgnmnt groups = one of my groups
These are some of the basic reports I created and mapped it on a dashboard.
Let me know if this helps.

Hello Chris,
Need some more details on your use case to understand what you are trying to report on.
But, You may want to first explore the reports that are under 'Global' section in the reporting module for the most important tasks like Incident, Request and Request items and depending on what you actually find (analysis from these reports) you can then explore setting up PA reports and dashboards.
