I am adding email address in from address field in notifications ,it is working for gmail id but it is not working for other domain mail id and also tried other way to add a new SMTP email account but it is saying that we can't add multiple SMTP email accounts in service now portal. Could you please let me know is there any other way to do this.
Thanks....

Hi @te10 ,
Unfortunately NO, you cannot have Multiple Domains!! using the From field can be considered spoofing and resulting in emails not being delivered.

You can use one domain (Ex: either Official email or Gmail) and @Servicenow.com

Your company's Exchange policy is probably blocking it when you use your office email, because it detects it as spoofing. You can confirm this theory with your exchange/mail admins.
