Service now in Automation Testing with Selenium Python

Hi All,

Kindly can you suggest whether service now will be feasible for going with Automation Testing using selenium(Python).As i could see all the tabs in service now are under shadow DOM and its very difficult to identify xpath or elements which are under nested shadow root .If any one have faced this issue and able to proceed further means kindly share your suggestions and ideas.
