Service Now ticket status open but resolved

Dear Team,

                    We received a query from our requestor that the ticket which was raised on the Service Now platform has an open status although resolved.
Upon checking, this ticket has been resolved by us and this ticket closed completed on 08.08.2023.
Can you please advise why the ticket remains open in the requestor' queue?

Possible to share some snip of the ticket which is showing closed in backend also in requestor queue.

 

Did u check the filter which is used to showcase the ticket only shows closed complete once.

             I don't have any snip of ticket in backend and in requestor queue. If possible, I will get it tomorrow. I didn't apply the filter. 

Tell me another ways to resolve this issue.
