Hi team,
For 'service offering' field and 'Service' field (both are OOB) which refers to the service_offering table and cmdb_ci_service table,
end user with snc_internal role are not able to see the values when they select the field in the portal when they try to submit the incident form.
ITIL users are able to see.
Can anyone let me know why are they not able to see the values in the field

Hi @Deepika54 ,
As per OOTB, the minimum role required for viewing records in service_offering table and cmdb_ci_service table is cmdb_read.
If this solution helps you then, mark it as accepted solution ✔️ and give thumbs up 👍!

did you debug using Access analyzer and see which ACL is blocking?
there could be table level READ ACL on those 2 tables which is blocking and hence they can't select any value in reference variable via record producer.

you can use this via access analyzer and select the user and table

Hi @Deepika54
Since it's an internal user, they should be able to see it.
Did you check using the Access Analyzer? is it with all end user or specific?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
