Service operation workspace form details on tab

Hi,

I was trying to add the details of the form to be visible once I move the curser over the tab in service operations workspace.

Once I place the curser over Details tab information of the incident is visible

Similarly once I place the curser over user tab name and email should be visible.

Please help me finding the solution.
