Service Operation Workspace Interactions Record

Hi EveryOne ,

We got a issue  related to interaction form in Service Operation workspace .When an agent convesation completed and  the interaction is closed. We want to see the conversation panel.But now this appearing on some records.Not sure how it is showing we want to display on every interaction which as some transcripts for it.

@prem kumar2 Interaction is a common table and interactions are created from multiple ways:

 

1. virtual agent chat.

2. Live Agent chat.

3. Walkup.

4. User can create them manually etc.

 

The interactions created from walkup or manual creation will not show the chat as there was no interaction b/2w user and live/virtual agent.

The interactions which are created as part of virtual agent/Live agent chat will show you this window.
