Hi All,

I want to configure a workspace. I created the landing page (agent workspace home) and now I want to customize the list on the left side of the workspace but can' t find how. 

In addition, I want to change the fields that appear on the forms (incident, change, request) so it be the same as the default view.

 

Does anyone know how to do it?

Hi @Snow Tomcal ,

Firstly,For the list :

UX List Menu Configuration (sys_ux_list_menu_config table) is where you make changes. Make sure you are in the correct scope.

Under All> type sys_ux_list_menu_config.LIST > Open your Workspace > Start Configuring as per your need .

Secondly, For the fields:

You can go to native ui for incident form and change the view to Workspace view and do the update/configuration it would automatically reflect on workspace:

@Community Alums Thanks, your solution for form editing worked!

The problem is that my workspace is not included in this list (sys_ux_list_menu_config.LIST).

In addition, Do you know how can I edit the list that appears on the left of my workspace?
