Service Operations Workspace confirmation window customization.

Hello everybody,

I want to customize the confirmation window that you see after successfully submitting a request, using Service Operations Workspace, or any other workspace for that matter (See the screenshot). Specifically, I want to swap the button pointing to the REQ for one pointing to the associated RITM. I'm assuming it's a button on a widget somewhere that calls a g_aw.openRecord(). I can't seem to figure out where it is.

Could you point to the direction that I should look ?

Hi Victor,

Have you figured this out or this is still an open question?  I have a very similar requirement but in my case, the customer wants to see the Catalog Task instead of the RITM.
