Hi All,
We are looking to edit the request confirmation page that we get on Service Operations Workspace after submission. We want to show "RITM" number instead of REQ number post creation. Also the redirection link needs to point to RITM.
Any leads are welcomed, we only have one to relation between REQ and RITM hence we want to eliminate the REQ level.
