Service Operations Workspace Incident View

Hello all,

 

I have what I assume is a very simple question.  In the Service Ops Workspace when you navigate into an incident, it defaults you to the "Overview" tab.  I'm trying to figure out how to default it to the "Details" tab, as that's where we do roughly 99% of the work on incidents, and it gets annoying having to select it every time!  Thanks!

Do you know if this process changed in the Vancouver release?  I am in the midst of testing the upgrade after reviewing skipped changes, and the Service Ops Workspace has reverted to Overview being the first tab.  I've followed the directions again in the article you linked, but now when I adjust the sort order, it doesn't seem to actually do anything.

I just tested this in my PDI and a subprod env (both upgrades from Utah to Vancouver) and can confirm it still works, there are multiple overview app route pages, you need to confirm the one you're editing is the one for incident.

This is what I currently have set in my TEST environment.

I've verified that's also what I have set in PROD (Which is still on Utah).  Can you by chance share a screenshot of what you have set to make it work?
