Hi.
I am trying to customize/configure the workspace I am working in, however I new to ServiceNow and don't know how to do it...
What I want to do is: to make the 'Details' section my default view when I open the workspce..
How do I do that?...
Here is a screenshot of my page and what I want to do in it..

Hi @Yuval Lanton ,
The 'Default tab' is the first tab that you have, so the easiest way of modifying your default tab is simply changing the order of the tabs.
For that, navigate to UX page Routes ( type : sys_ux_app_route.list on your application navigator followed by enter)
Filter by: App Configuration is 'Service Operations Workspace' AND parent macroponent is " Record Page Tabs"
Now, select the Overview one ( one is related to the Change records and the other is to incident , you'll be able to identify which is which by opening the record)
Once you opened the record, add the order field and give it a higher order , like 2000.
If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know
Cheers

Hmm, I did this and it didn't work for me.
I also tried changing it to 20,000 thinking maybe it needed a higher order, but that still didn't work.
Thoughts?

Add the below code snippet in the Selected tab config property in your record page variant. adding some screenshots from UIB configuration.
function evaluateProperty({
api,
helpers
}) {
if (api.context.props.selectedTabIndex == 0) {
return 1;
}
return api.context.props.selectedTabIndex;
}
Steps,
1. Open the record page variant for the experience.
2.Click on Record page tabs component inside Resizable pane container from left hand side content structure.
3. Go to Selected tab config property and select "Use script", add the above code and save.
Please mark it as helpful if it helps.

Just for reference, if you are using the most recent app version of Service Operations Workspace for ITSM (SOW), like the SOW v4.2.0, you could need to use this another document, as recent SOW app has their own SRP record version, like Aniket15 from ServiceNow has answered here.
