Service operations workspace- Onclicking the New Incident from Plus sign i need to see only

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me on this, while clicking on "new incident" from plus sign in Service Operations workspace by default it is showing two screens one is for details and one is for attachments.

But i want to see only one screen that is details tab please help me to acheive this.

1. Open worspace.

2. Open new incident from '+' sign. 

3. Click on profile > Configure Page > Contextual side Panel.

4. Here you will find all the available action assignment the page.

5. Open the all action assignments and In related links click advanced view.

6. Here you will find option to add conditions. In script condition field and write 'current.isValidRecord()'.

7. This will restrict the actions to show when record is new.

I have gone through your steps which you have attached, but i am not able fix that in Service Operations Workspace, it is not showing the contextual sidebar panel there.

Hello @Mahesh Pydisett , sorry to be late here. Have you were able to find a solution for that?

I am pursuing the same requirement, when I click on "New Incident", I would like to open only the form, and not the first Contextual Sidebar Panel available on the right side.
