Service Operations Workspace (SOW) - Incident SLA only showing for Unassigned on landing page

Hello,
We are implementing Service Operations Workspace and everything is functioning out of the box with the exception of the SLA information on the landing page. It will only show when the Incident is unassigned. We want to see SLAs when incidents are assigned so that when an agent logs in, they see relevant SLA information for tickets they are working.
Here is what is shown on the 'my work' view.
Any assistance would be great!
