In theory you could, if you are proficient in using UI Builder, and have a lot of time...
But why would you want to do that?

hi @Peter Bodelier ,
Because when we open the landing page for example there is one donut component called incidents assigned to me if we click that donut how we are getting list view and how those 2 components are linked .How to link like that?
