Service Portal : a category is not showing on the Categories widget

Hi guys, our new portal went live this morning and we noticed that some users are unable to see the IT Services Category.  I checked the backend I can confirm that they have access to the Categories and its categories. Would you have an idea top off your head how to resolve this? Thanks

 

Note: IT Services Category and its categories are not restricted by roles

Hello,

Maybe there is a user criteria added to that group.

Hi,

 

Did you check the user criteria for your service catalog? Also, try to log the data object on the browser console to see whats being sent from the server end.
