Service Portal Activity tracking

Hi,

Is there any table that tracks user activity (for example: page navigation, mouse click, drop-down list selection, attachments, search terms & results, etc.). done on the Service Portal. I know there is Out of Box table - "Service Portal Log Entries" is available to search on logs, but the output from this table does not meet the requirement.

you can look into user transaction log to find out details as per above requirements.

Also, you can use search analytics to find out search related information.

You can actually get this information from System Logs> Transactions (All user)
