Service Portal Automated Test Framework (ATF) - Open an existing Incident

Hi all,

I am trying to prepare a test to demonstrate that a user is able to close their own incident using the self-service portal.

I've managed to create and submit the incident, then navigate to the My IT page on the service portal but I don't know how to view the incident that I've just created.

opening the record in ticket page step will look like this

Here is the new thread as requested 🙂

I've added a Query parameter of the record that I created in the previous step.  The test is completing successfully but I don't see any screenshots or the record displaying in the Client Test Runner.

I need to be able to demonstrate that a user is able to close their own incident from the Service Portal (second screenshot).

once you open the record in ticket page in portal you need to use Custom UI step and click the close button

Thanks @Ankur Bawiskar , the bit I'm struggling with is to open the record in the ticket page on the portal.  Do you have any ideas?

which incident you wish to open?

after submitting the record producer the new INC will be created so are you saying the same incident you want to close immediately after submitting?
