service portal can't select the next button for order guide.

Hi Everyone,
I am facing this issue in Madrid release.
When the order guide form loaded from portal i can see the warning message in console as ""UI Script does not return an object: Conditional Focus".
Again after filling all the details, the next button is not getting redirected to further steps. Everytime i click the next button i can see the warning in console as "(g_form) [NOACTION] Could not find UI Action: submit".
As part other community discussions i changed the g_form.setValue('description', desc.toString()); but still the same issue persists.
could you please suggest any workaround for this issue.

To confirm, this alternate solution was provided by ServiceNow support. We have not encountered any other issues as a result of deploying this workaround.

Hey Stuart,
We have ran into similar issue of "Next" button becoming unresponsive while trying to submit an order guide on the Service Portal specifically when order guide includes more than 1 item, and yes this occurred after we had an upgrade from New York to Orlando Patch4.
De-activating the Date and Date/Time validator script definitely resolves the issue around the order guide, but also a bit concerning about its implication on other areas. Was this alternate solution provided by the ServiceNow Technical Support folks?
Also if you provide with some direct links to the PRB or KB where this issue is being addressed and looked into by ServiceNow, it would be really helpful.
Said that, really appreciate your troubleshooting effort and time to figure this out. 🙂

Something interesting happening after Paris upgrade for me. Order guide is working fine in one instance. In another instance, same order guide is not working. All catalog items are becoming unresponsive after clicking next button. Has anyone faced similar issue recently? Any suggestion?

I have not experienced that issue. best to logit with HI Portal
