service portal - Content item images are not visible

Hi,

We are implementing service portal and struck with fetching catalog item images on to the Service Portal. I have added the images for the content items and they look good in legacy instance.

Please let me know how to fetch them.

There is a UI Policy on Content Item that is hiding the picture field. Here is the UI policy that is hiding it "Set fields for content"

Set the visible to false and add a image in picture field.

Which field are you using for picture is it picture field ?

Can you attach some screenshots here?

what is the difference between this , and the Create Incident - where it is working?

Create Incident is record producer and we have an option to load picture. But for the catalog items I am unable to see load the picture.
