Hi,
We are implementing service portal and struck with fetching catalog item images on to the Service Portal. I have added the images for the content items and they look good in legacy instance.
Please let me know how to fetch them.
Thanks,
Raj

There is a UI Policy on Content Item that is hiding the picture field. Here is the UI policy that is hiding it "Set fields for content"
Set the visible to false and add a image in picture field.

Yes, I tried that too. If I am choosing Content Type : External Content then the Picture field is not coming up on the screen.
Thanks,
Raj

Thanks Buddy!
Its working. Is there any specific reason for hiding them? As per Wiki pictures can be added only for Content type is Catalog Content.

I'm not sure why. May be, because it is used more for linking the external websites..
