Hi,
We are implementing service portal and struck with fetching catalog item images on to the Service Portal. I have added the images for the content items and they look good in legacy instance.
Please let me know how to fetch them.
Thanks,
Raj

There is a UI Policy on Content Item that is hiding the picture field. Here is the UI policy that is hiding it "Set fields for content"
Set the visible to false and add a image in picture field.

Hey Raj,
I figured out a rather silly solution, which works as intended when coupled with dvp's response.
Change the Content Type to Catalog Content, then add the picture in the form, once that's done, simply switch it back to the external link, the picture will be saved and is displayed on the service catalog.
Best,
Peter

Hi,
Am facing same issue, and marked display as false for picture field.
still not able to see it in the form. I have added that field in form layout though.
That picture field is getting visible during form loading. then after its getting invisible.
refer attached print screens.
Kindly advise.
Many Thanks!!
